WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.
Warranty period starts from the invoice date and it is 1 year.
2.
Machine is under warranty of our company against manufacturing and material defects.
Warranty exclusions:
1.
Absence of warranty certificate or destruction caused on the certificate.
2.
Malfunctions arising from usage contrary to the particularities stated in the operating manual
of the machine.
3.
Consumables (milling cutters, bore bits, saws, teflon, etc.) are not under warranty.
4.
Damages that may be happened during transportation.
5.
Malfunctions arising from not using original parts, and inattention and unawareness of the
user.
6.
Operation of the machine for the first time by the persons other than service staff.
7.
To intervene in a machine malfunction by the people other than service authority or agent
service staff.
8.
Confirmation of mechanical malfunction and damage arising from usage contrary to rules of
transportation, maintenance and operation, or changing the serial number on the machine.
9.
Malfunctions arising from insufficient lubricating and not using the adequate oil, etc. are not
under warranty.
10.
Damage caused by fluctuations of electric power or voltage: Machines that are damaged
because of mains voltage or electrical fluctuations are outside the scope of warranty.

Absence of air dryer in the pneumatic system connection of machine, parts of the pneumatic
group are not subject to warranty service!
12.
Absence of voltage stabilizer in electric system connection of the machine, parts of electric
and pneumatic are not subject to warranty service!
The manufacturer reserves the right on production and instruction change.
