Low battery indication

If the Right LED flashes red, the battery charge is less than 5%.
Switch Onyx off and plug it into the charging accessory. See page

Onyx is switched on, but the display is mostly black with a few small
icons

Switch Onyx off, wait a few seconds, and then switch it back on.

The image on the headset is frozen and doesn’t change when I
move my head

Check that Pause mode is not engaged. See page 33.

The device took longer to start up and before the picture came on
there was a small grey box in the middle of the screen

Onyx periodically checks for normal operation. This might add a
minute to the start up time but is perfectly normal and shouldn’t
happen more than once a month.
