a)
ON
: Insert battery and place the scale on the level work surface. After pressing the button ON; all segments on the display will light up. The scale will first show “88882”, followed by ‘0g’, indicating
the scale is ready for weighing.
b)
WEIGHING
: Gently place the object to be weighed on the center of the platform, the readings will vary quickly till they stabilize; the displayed numbers are namely the weight of the goods.
c)
AUTO LOCK
: intermittent weighing. After the readings remain stable, the readings will be locked with a lighted sign of ‘H’. The readings will be unlocked in 5 seconds. The readings will be immediately
unlocked when the variation of the weighing value exceeds “±” 10d.
d) TARING
: When the readings stabilize, press the button TARE, and the scale will show ‘0g’. (When taring, do not move the container. ) The function of TARE can be repeatedly used.
Negative figures will be displayed after the tared weight (counter weighing). The negative figure can be also tared.
e)
UNIT SWITCH
: Press the button g/oz. (Note: The unit will return to “g”, after you replace a new battery.)
f)
LOW VOLTAGE ALARM
: If the low voltage is examined, the scale will display “LO” when turned on, and then shut itself off in 2 seconds. The scale won’t turn off at the weighing state,
but the sign of small battery will be illuminated.
g)
OVERLOAD INDICATION
: The display will show “Err” when the readings exceed 5025g.
h)
OFF
: The scales will automatically turn off if the readings remain unchanged for 90 seconds. Or Press the button “OFF” to turn off the scale.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD MAINTENANCE OR CALIBRATION BE ATTEMPTED BY PERSONS WITHOUT APPROPRIATE SKILLS OR QUALIFICATIONS. SUCH ACTIONS MAY
RESULT IN IRREPAIRABLE DAMAGE AND WILL ALSO INVALIDATE ANY GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY.
To avoid damage to the display, top glass or body of the scales, it is not advised to use any harsh abrasives, scouring cleaners and alkaline solutions, such as washing soda, when cleaning the scales.
Special care should be taken when cleaning the digital display screen, which could be permanently damaged by the use of inappropriate cleaning agents.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CLEAN ANY
