REPLACING THE BATTERY ON THE REMOTE CONTROL
Battery change can be performed by the boat owner.
The battery should be replaced after approx. 600 hours of engine use, a minimum of every third year, or if the
system functions abnormally.
Quick red LED indicator flashing on the remote control will indicate that a battery change is required. Battery
change should be performed immediately.
The battery is located on the back of the remote control Turn the battery cover counter-clockwise to unlock.
Notice how the battery is placed to insure correct polarity.
Insert a new CR2032 (3 V lithium) battery. Put the battery cover in place and screw clockwise.

WARNING
Incorrect polarity can damage the remote control.
NOTE!
The O-ring on the remote control battery cover should be changed every three years to keep the remote
control waterproof.
