Risk of injury caused by unsta-
ble position
There is danger of injury by falling when
using unsecured ladders or similar sup-
ports.

Ensure that any such equipment
is stable.

When working at height, obtain the
help of a second person to secure
the equipment.
WARNING
Risk of scalding due to hot
fluids!
If the system has been in operation,
there is a risk of scalding due to the
unintentional discharge of hot water or
steam.

Allow the system to cool down.
f
Observe the permissible operating
pressures during operation.
f
Wear suitable protective clothing.
f
Keep children and untrained per-
sonnel away.
f
Use suitable tools.

Risk of burns due to hot compo-
nents and surfaces

Wear protective clothing to avoid
unprotected contact with hot sys-
tem components and fittings.
CAUTION
Risk of injury caused by the
product falling
There is a danger of injuries caused
by the product falling down, especially
from greater heights.

Secure the product against falling
down.
f
Wear suitable safety equipment.
NOTICE
Damage to the product due to
excessive operating pressures

Use suitable measures (e.g.
safety valves) to ensure that the
maximum permissible operating
pressures are not exceeded (see
3.3 on page 25).
