12 Operation

INFORMATION
Unsupervised use of the product
► Only use the product if a specialist instructed and trained for the product is available to you
on site.
CAUTION
Incorrect or excessively tight application
Risk of local pressure and constriction of blood vessels and nerves due to improper or excess­
ively tight application
► Ensure that the product is applied properly and fits correctly.
CAUTION
Uncontrolled rebounding of the arm bar under pretension
Head injury
► Leave the finger in the pull loop until the forearm pad is closed!
CAUTION
Reaching into the joint mechanism of the upper arm joint unit
Pinching of the fingers between the moveable components
► Do not reach into the joint mechanism while adjusting the spring force!
NOTICE
Use of a worn or damaged product
Limited effectiveness
► Before each use, check the product for functional reliability and for possible wear or dam­
age.
► Do not continue using a product that is no longer functional, or that is worn or damaged.

► When unhooking the magnetic closure, the finger has to remain hooked in the pull loop until
the magnetic closure is securely engaged in the parking position.
