Withtherearwheelsremoved,thewheelchaircanstillbeusedasarollingbase;thismakesit
possibletomanoeuvrethroughnarrowpassages(e.g.narrowbathroomdoorwaysorairplane
aisles).
Thetransportwheelshavetobemountedtotherearwheeladapters.Removetheattachment
screwsoftherearwheeladapteroneaftertheother,replacethemwiththelongerM6x80oval
headscrewsprovidedandtightenthescrewconnectionswiththehexagonnutsprovided(Fig.23,
itemA).Thecorrecttorqueforthescrewconnectionis
10 nm
.
Nowattachthetransportwheelsandspacersleevesprovidedtotheprotrudingscrewendsand
securethetransportwheelswiththecapnutsprovided(Fig.23,itemB).
Finallyscrewtheplasticbracketstothecentralunit(Fig.23,itemC)usingthecapnuts/spacer
washersprovided.
