3 Intended use
The product is intended
exclusively
for orthotic fittings of the lower limbs.
3.1 Indications
Partial or total paralysis of the leg muscles.
Indications must be determined by the physician.
3.2 Further Usage Restrictions
The product is not suited for use with heavy stress, such as sports, garden­
ing or lifting/carrying heavy items, which result in greater physical exertion.
3.3 Service life
The product has a service life of
36 months
when professionally installed
and properly used.
3.4 Qualification
Patients may be fitted with the product only by trained qualified personnel.
The qualified personnel must be familiar with the handling of the various
techniques, materials, machines and tools.
