Automation
The Otoport has programmable automation logic to enable the user to
configure the test routine to their preference. The test process can be
set to be fully automated or manually operated, depending on the desired
control over the test.
All settings have an
On/Off
or
Yes/No
option. Use the up/down arrows to
highlight a setting and use the left/right arrows to change the choice bar
setting.

TE automation
Auto Start
With
Auto Start On
, the stimulus level will automatically be adjusted to
the testing target stimulus and the test will commence automatically. The
device will check if the probe fit is stable and will not adjust or start the test
until a good probe fit is obtained.
With
Auto Start Off
, it is necessary for the user to select
Start
to begin
recording from the
Checkfit
stage.
