Hardware Check
4.1 Verify LINK
After powering ON the host computer, the LINK LED on the host and target card should come ON.
x16 configuration (Four x4 Cables connected)
The following LEDs on the Target card will be illuminated.
D10 - blinking green
D11 (CE- Card Edge) – blinking green (Gen 3)– depends on speed of expansion chassis switch
D1(CHO) - solid green
D9 (AUX) – solid green
LEDO,LED1,LED2,LED3 - all solid green
The following LEDs on the HOST card will be illuminated
D10 - blinking green
D11 (CE- Card Edge) - solid green (Gen 4)– assuming connection to a Gen4 server
D1(CHO) - solid green
D9 (AUX) – solid green
LED0,LED1,LED2,LED3 - SOLID GREEN
