8. Press front shaft bearing (15) onto shaft (16). Press
bearing onto shaft with lettering facing out. Lubricate
bearing rollers. Install snap-ring (17) onto shaft.
9. While holding the swashplate in place, turn the
housing on its side. Install the install shaft/bearing
assembly into housing from the flange end. Install
the snap-ring (18).
10. Verify swashplate and bearings are properly seated.
Install the cylinder kit (19) onto the shaft. Install with
the slippers facing the swashplate. Rock the shaft to
align the block splines and slide the cylinder kit into
place. Orient the motor with the shaft pointing down-
ward and verify the cylinder kit, swashplate, journal
bearings, and servo piston are all secure and prop-
erly installed.
11. Lubricate and install the servo spring (20), and mini-
mum angle stop (21) into the housing bore.
