Li� chairs are fi�ed with a compliance card
on the rear lower rail. All compliance cards have a
unique iden�fica�on number called the “Job Number”
Warranty is voided if the card is removed.
Motor/Mechanism:
2-year warranty on the motor, hand-con

trol, mechanism and Linak electrical systems. 1-year warranty
on Li-ion full ba�ery backup (op�onal extra).
Where prac�cal it is the responsibility of the store/distributor
to fit replacement parts to the defec�ve chair to minimise
repair �mes for the end user.
Foam/Frame:
5-year warranty on material and workmanship,
excluding general wear and tear.
Oscar Fabric:
2-year warranty on the Oscar and Versotela
fabric ranges when the fabric care labels have been followed.
Other warran�es may apply for fabrics sourced from other
suppliers, however if you choose to use an external fabric
supplier Oscar Furniture is not responsible for pursuing the
Dual Motor Lift and Recline Chair
