APPENDIx 4. OPTIONAL BLOWER AND THERMODISC INSTALLATION
A blower and a thermodisc, sold separately, can be installed on the wood fire. Thermodisc allows
the blower to operate only when the wood fire is hot enough. See the instructions provided with
the blower and the thermodisc for more details.
1. Remove the backplate by cutting the knockouts with pliers.

supplied with the thermodisc on the back of the wood fire.
Ensure that the blower’s power cord is not in contact with any surface of the wood
fire to prevent electrical shock or fire damage. Do not run the power cord beneath the
wood fire.
