Holdover Limits (us)

Set the holdover limits.
This time limit is used to determine the Holdover Duration Spec
Achieved. The time limit value is the EdgeSync user’s maximum
allowed error above the Quality Threshold setting on the PTP ::
Config web page for the EdgeSync to remain in Holdover.
