This appliance should be used only for its intended purposes. Any other use of it is
wrong and therefore dangerous. Manufacturer is not liable for damages that are
the result of improper or incorrect use of the appliance. Under these conditions,
the guarantee will be cancelled.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Do not immerse scale in water.
Place the scale in an area free from direct sunlight, heating equipment, high
humidity, or extreme temperature change.
Strong magnetic fields may interfere with the operation of the scale. Avoid
operating the scale in such areas.
Do not leave any objects on top of scale if the product is not to be used during a
prolonged period of time. Also remove the battery to prevent it from being
depleted or leaking.
Do not allow children to play with this appliance.
Do not use the appliance outdoors.
The appliance is not intended for commercial use.
USEFUL HINTS
Place the scale on a hard even surface
Always weigh yourself on the same scale placed on the same floor surface.
Uneven floors may affect the readings.
Always weigh yourself without clothing or footwear, and before meals. The first
thing in the morning is the best time.
Treat your scale with care as it is a precision instrument, do not drop it or jump up
or down on it.
To avoid slipping, make sure your feet and the glass platform of the scale are dry
before standing onthe scale.
To avoid possible injury, do not stand on the edge of the platform.
