Installing Virtualized Platform Software and Deploying the
Appliance

Deploy the ODA_BASE domain for a virtualized platform and then deploy the
appliance.

Download and copy the template files to the

/OVS

directory on

dom0

(Node 0).

From an external client machine, log on to My Oracle Support and download
the Oracle Database Appliance VM Template.

Select the latest version from the menu.

Click Download for each of the zip files to download the current Oracle
Database Appliance template onto your external client.
