Vanilla theme: The Vanilla theme displays icons in the header region for the most frequently
accessed screens. It has a menu to the left of the screen, which provides access to the remaining
screens.

Photo: Your photo.

Click Submit.
The amount of information will not change, only the way in which it displays on your screen changes.
Change Your Password
Depending on the configured login policy, you can change your password from your home page.
1.
Click the hamburger icon and then click Settings.
The User options page displays.
2.
Click Change Password.
The Change Password page displays.
3.
Enter your old password, and then your new password twice.
Ensure that your new password complies with your company’s password rules.
4.
Click Submit.

Assign an Avatar
You can upload a photo for the user for which you are currently logged in. Resources without images have their initials
with the background colors displayed as avatars.
1.
Click the hamburger icon and then click Settings.
2.
On the User options page, locate Photo and tap Add Image.
3.
Browse and select the photo that you want to upload.
The photo you select is displayed on the User options page in the edit mode.
