BBQ GRILL / ELECTRIC PAN
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions
should always be followed, including the following:
1. Read all instructions.
2. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
3. To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not immerse
cord, plugs or heating unit in water or other liquid.
4. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used
by or near children.
5. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
Allow to cool before pulling on or taking off parts and
before cleaning the appliance.
6. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or
plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or
damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest
authorized service facility for examination, repair or
electrical or mechanical adjustment.
7. The use of accessory attachments, not recommended or
sold by the appliance manufacturer, may cause hazards.
Only use the connector provided by the manufacturer.
8. Do not use outdoors.
9. Do not let cord hang over edge of a table or counter,
or touch hot surfaces.
10. Do not place or near a hot gas or electric burner or in
a heated oven.
11. Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance
containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
12. To disconnect, remove plug from wall outlet.
13. Do not use appliance for other intended use.
14. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not
play with the appliance.
15. The appliances are not intended to be operated by means of
an external timer or separate remote-control system.
FLAT BAKING PLATE
Flat baking plate leaves the largest osculate area between food
and baking plate, and therefore food can be heated equally
when cooking. The plate is especially fit for cooking Japanese
food, such as seafood, conch, vegetable, fried rice, fried
noodles, Italian meal, and the like with Asian flavor food.

3. Thermostat with supplying cord
4. Indicate light
5. Heat-resistant handles
Assembling
1. Make sure hat the heating plate socket and thermostat plug
are dry.
2. Install the grease drip tray.
3. Apply a small amount of oil on the heating plate before
usage.
4. Insert the thermostat with supplying cord in the appliance
socket. Make sure that the thermostat knob is in “OFF”
position.
5. Connect the supplying cord to the mains supply outlet.
PLUG WITH CONTINUOUS THERMOSTAT
CONTROLLER
With 230
0
C at most, the thermostat controller can change
continuously the temperature of baking plate. Different
indicate calibration means different choices respectively: low
temperature (1-2); middle temperature (3-4); high temperature
(5-6). They can be easily installed as you like.
Start-up
1. Plug the unit into the outlet, and put the continuous
thermostat controller into the outlet of the plate.
2. Heating indicate light turns red when the continuous
thermostat controller is rotated to the corresponding
calibration from 1 to 5.
3. The indicate light will illuminate 4-5minutes later to the
pre-installed calibration.
4. Then it’s time to cook.
ATTENTION:
During firstusage, the preserving materials
shall be burnt which can cause short emission of unpleasant
smell at the initial stage of grilling.
WARNING:
It is not allowed to move the hot appliance during
operation! At firstswitch off and wait until it cools down. Move
with heat-resistant handles only.
Operation guidelines:
• It is recommended to wipe the surface with edible oil
before grilling products in order to improve the non-
sticking properties.
• The 3–4 level is recommended in order to obtain uniform
grilling.
• Heat the grill before putting the products on (unless the
receipt requires otherwise).
• When preparing tender dishes (i.e. fish) after applying
spices you can wrap it with aluminium foil.
• Soft pieces of meat are the best for grilling.
• Use special tongs or spatula for turning products on grill, it
is not allowed to use pointer forks
.
• The grilling plate is also perfect for keeping the dishes
warm.
