Anchored assembly
INFORMATION
The components required for the anchored assembly are not included in the scope of delivery.
These are set screws with lock nuts, adjusting washers and anchor rods.
On a light foundation, square holes with side length of approximately 200mm and 250mm
depth are made .
Fit the previously prepared flat irons (DIN EN 10058 - 70x20) with anchor rods DIN 529 -
M12x250 in line with the centres of the levelling points.
Lift the machine from the floor and fit the anchor rods into each levelling point with the rod
centred in the inner hole of the adjusting screw
Fill the holes with concrete and allow it to set.
ATTENTION!
For anchored and vibration-free set-up, the rods should never rub the inner bore of the
adjusting screws.
