Pressure Wire Delay
In some cases, lag between pressure guidewire and aortic pressure can be experienced due to the two
pressure curves coming from two different sources (Cathlab Hemodynamic System/aortic transducer vs
OpSens guidewire). This lag can be corrected using the pressure wire Delay button.
1-
Press the “plus” button once to increase the wire delay by 8 ms
2-
Return to live feed, check to see if both curves are more in sync
3-
Return to settings screen
4-
If delay was accidentally set too high, press the “minus” button once to decrease the delay by 8
ms.
5-
Repeat the process of increasing/decreasing delay by 8 ms until both curves are perfectly in sync.
