Using the Area Correction Function
Using the Area Correction Function
The detection area of the static electricity sensor changes and the average electric potential
value inside the detection area is displayed according to the distance between the workpiece
and the sensor head. This is why the area correction function is provided so that the area of
the sensing target can be specified and an accurate electric potential can be displayed.
The area sometimes cannot be corrected correctly due to the charged state and the environment around the
sensing object. If this happens, use the sensor with the area correction function set to OFF.

Specify the size of the area [SIZE].
Enter the size of the area to be
sensed (mm dia.) as the [SIZE].
