This section provides additional information on cameras, CCTV lenses, lighting, and Memory Cards.
Overview of Available Cameras
The F150-SLC20 Camera with Intelligent Lighting is a camera dedicated to the V530-R160 and
has a special lens and light already fitted. The light and lens are contained in a single unit, so
installation is very simple. Just mount the Camera at the proper distance from the measurement
object and it is ready to use.
* A camera with a field of vision of 20 mm is optimal for an angle of around 10 mm.
Use the following guidelines for the code's matrix size.
Camera with an Intelligent Lighting
•
The lens focus is fixed and the distance must be adjusted each time the lens or Camera is changed
because the field of vision and focus vary from lens to lens.
• Also, the camera's working distance is an approximate value. Mount the camera so that it can be
adjusted slightly nearer to or farther from the object.
If the object size and field of vision are incompatible, use a standard CCTV lens and light.
