Setting Reading Conditions
Trend Monitor Settings
The transition over time of the “pattern correlation value” and contrast between the “code and
background” can be represented in graph form for each scene (maximum of 1000 scenes).
Changes in the shape of the code and the trend in changes in the lighting status can be checked
by monitoring. This helps prevent multiple occurrences of defective items, and analyze the cause
when NG results occur.
Alarm range level
An alarm level is set and an “alarm” is is-
sued before NG results occur too fre-
quently, so that there is feedback to the
previous process.
Also, if an alarm occurs, the ALARM sig-
nal of the parallel I/O interface turns ON.
The changes in correlation value and contrast over time
are displayed in graph form.
The most recent 1000 reading results are saved.
