8-6-4 PLC Setup
This function can display and change the settings in the PLC Setup.
Example 1 Change the CPU Unit Operating Mode from PRG to RUN.

1. Switch to the Setup Mode.
2. Press the Down button to select PLC Setup .
3. Press the OK button to enter the PLC Setup menu.
4. Press the OK button to enter the CPU Unit Operating Mode Screen.
The following table shows the setting items.
The address of CPU Unit Operating Mode is always 081, so there is no
need to change the address.
5. Use the Up button to select RUN .
Note Before changing the CPU Unit Operating Mode, make sure that the
present PLC mode is PRG. If PLC is in RUN or MON mode, the CPU
Unit Operating Mode is unchangeable.
6. Press the OK button to save the setting.
7. Press the ESC or OK button to return to the previous menu.
