Precautions for Correct Use
The robot operation stops if any of the following errors occurs during robot operation.
Note that the robot stops immediately in such a case.
• An error that occurs in the MC Function Module.
• An error that occurs in the EtherCAT Master Function Module.
• An error that occurs in the Built-in EtherCAT communications port (hardware).
• An error that occurs in an EtheCAT slave.
While axes operates for a robot instruction, the value of the following output variables of the axes group
is 0.0.
You cannot use these variables for monitoring.
• _MC_GRP[0-31].Cmd.Vel
• _MC_GRP[0-31].Cmd. AccDec
Additional Information
When the robot stops for the MC_Stop (Stop) instruction or an error, the command value for
stopping operation is output to the output variable.
