To correct or delete settings, first end the setting and then go back into Set
Mode and make the changes. (Refer to page 66.)
Select Add to combine other inspections.
The screen for selecting the type of inspection will return. Follow the pro-
cedure outlined above to set the next inspection conditions.
The settings for the inspection region have now been completed.

Measurement results will not be accurate if the position of the workpiece var-
ies horizontally or vertically. Perform position compensation to enable accu-
rate inspections.
