5-1 Types of Errors
The errors in the Motion Controller are classified into the following two major categories.
• Fatal errors in the Motion Controller
Errors that occurred as the result of the Motion Controller operation stopping.
• Non-fatal errors in the Motion Controller
Errors that can be detected and managed by the Motion Controller itself that is still operating.
