7.4 Testing
To test the
CP Strobe
Warning Lamp:
1. Disconnect all test leads and cables – except the
CP Strobe
connection cable – from the main
device. Do not connect any cables during the test of the CP Strobe Warning Lamp.
2. Release the Emergency Stop button on the front panel of the main device.
3. Create an arbitrary manual test as described in the User Manual of the main device.

4. Execute the created test by clicking
Start
in the Primary Test Manager workspace and pressing the
Measurement Start/Stop button on the front panel of the main device.
5. Now, the
CP Strobe
Warning Lamp should flash while the test is running.
6. Press the main device’s Measurement Start/Stop button.
7. Press the main device’s
Emergency Stop
button.
