Safety and EMC Considerations
ESD Warning:
Warning:
The following parts of the unit are ESD (Electro-Static Discharge) sensitive:

Antenna
•
Metal Connectors for signal and power
•
Metal body of sensor probes
EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility Considerations):
•
Whenever EMC is an issue, always use shielded cables.
•
Never run signal and power wires in the same conduit.
•
Use twisted-pair wires for differential signal connections.
•
Install Ferrite Bead(s) on a signal wire close to the instrument if EMC problems persist.
•
Failure to follow all instructions and warnings may result in injury.
