18.4 Device settings - filter
If you add new hardware, like a new fluorescence filter, to the VS200 system you
need to configure it in the [
Device Settings
] dialog box.
Open the [Device Settings] dialog box
1. Use the [
Previously Used Layout
]
button to go to a different layout. You
can find the [
Previously Used Layout
] button at the top right in the nav-
igation bar on the VS200 ASW software's start page.
2. At the top right, on the menu bar click the [
Manual control
] button.
3. Select the [
Acquire
] > [
Devices
] > [
Device Settings
] command to open the
[
Device Settings
] dialog box.
Configuring filters
1. On the left of the tree structure, select the device into which you placed the
filter.
The following table shows the possible filter and device combinations.

2. In the [
Pos.
] options, select the position where you inserted the new filter.
