To create a new folder, select “Create new” and press the [MEAS/
ENTER] joystick.
An input window, similar to the one for inputting titles, opens and you can name
the new folder.
NOTE
•
For details about inputting folder names, see “Title input operations” (page 80).
•
You can use alphanumeric characters and symbols for folder names. You cannot use kana.
Some symbols are unavailable for folder names also.
Copy images/Move images
Images saved in a USB flash drive for recording images can be copied or moved
to another folder within a USB flash drive for recording images.
CAUTION
•
If the USB Flash Drive is removed while images are being moved or copied, the data in the
USB Flash Drive may be destroyed. Never attempt to remove the USB Flash Drive while
moving or copying images.
Copying images in the thumbnail screen

In the thumbnail screen, tilt the [MEAS/ENTER] joystick to select
the image to be copied by moving the thumbnail selection frame.
To copy multiple images, mark the images you want to copy in the following procedure.
(1)
Select the images to copy with the [MEAS/ENTER] joystick.
(2)
Press the [BRT
S
] button to mark the selected images.
“

” is displayed.
(3)
Repeat steps (1) and (2) to mark all the images to copy.
(4)
If you mark an image that you do not want to copy, press the [BRT
S
] button again
while the image is selected to remove the mark.
(5)
Press the [BRT
T
] button to mark all the thumbnail images.
(6)
You can clear the mark from marked images by pressing the [BRT
T
] button.

After selecting the image you want to copy, press the [MENU/EXIT]
button to display the menu.
