2. Connections
In this section, all of the connections are described both in diagrams and procedures.
Pay special attention to, and comply with the following instruction, in step 1 of many
connection and disconnection procedures: “Ensure that the pump is turned off.” Not
respecting this instruction could result in a bad power connection in the long term
due to sparks. Figure 2-1 on page 23 illustrates the difference between the Off position
and the On position. In the On position, the Start/Stop (
I
/

) button is pressed down.
