Changing the Scanned Image Size
The setting for the size of the scan image can be changed from the screen for
selecting the document mode.

Press the

key in the screen for selecting the document mode (“ADF” or
“BOOK”).

Using the

keys, select the scan size, and then press the
Menu

key.
The document mode selection screen appears again.

To cancel the settings, press the
Cancel/C
key. The screen for select-
ing the document mode appears again.
Entering Text
When specifying the user name or programming the recipient name with
one-touch dial keys, letters, accented characters, numbers and symbols can
be entered.
