Switching between duplex/simplex copy mode
Description
Switches the initial setting between duplex and simplex copy.
Purpose
To be set according to frequency of use: set to the more frequently used mode.
Setting
1. Press the start key.
2. Select [On] or [Off].
* : Initial setting: Off
3. Press the start key. The setting is set.
Completion
Press the stop key. The screen for selecting a maintenance item No. is displayed.

Setting the value for maintenance due indication
Description
Sets when to display a message notifying that the time for maintenance is about to be reached,
by setting the number of copies that can be made before the current maintenance cycle ends.
When the difference between the number of copies of the maintenance cycle and that of the
maintenance count reaches the set value, the message is displayed.
Purpose
To change the time for maintenance due indication.
Setting
1. Press the start key.
2. Select [Cnt].
3. Change the setting using the cursor left/right keys or numeric keys.
4. Press the start key. The value is set.
Clearing
1. Select [Clear].
2. Press the start key. The value is cleared.
Completion
Press the stop key. The screen for selecting a maintenance item No. is displayed.
