5 Electrical Connections

5.3.2

Installing the AC Input/output Power Cable (Grid)

Prerequisites

Do not connect any load between the BRE-I-5K14K and the AC switch.

Procedure

⚫

Check the grid voltage and compare it with the permissible voltage range. (see technical data).

⚫

Disconnect the circuit-breaker from all the phases and secure against re-connection.

⚫

Trip the wires:

Trip all the wires to 52.5mm and the PE wire to 55mm.

Stripped length

Use the crimping pliers to trip 12mm of insulation from all wire ends as below.

⚫

Connect AC cables into the "GRID" connectors.
