couple the t Z o chains to the large e \ elet of the spring.
- Using one hand grip the t Z o chains connected to the grid.
- Bend the external grids back gripping them Z ith \ our free hand Z here the \ bend and insert \ our ¿ ngers inside the single
¿ ns ( ¿ g. 13).
- Insert \ our arm into the pipe until the grid protrudes completel \ out Z ards.
- Reopen the grid being careful to keep \ our ¿ ngers inside the ¿ ns.
- Turn the grid until the ¿ ns are full \ horizontal and tilted do Z n Z ards.
- Pull the chain tensioning the spring and couple the chain ring to the pin of the inner À ange through Z hich the pipes pass ( ¿ g.
14).

Use hand shears to cut off an \ excess chain links.
WARNING: use exclusively the supplied grids, or grids with like characteristics.
2.3.5 Preparing the holes on the machine
The unit Z as built to be paired Z ith 162-mm.
2.3.6 Fitting the unit on the bracket
After having checked that the ¿ xing bracket is properl \ anchored to the Z all and that the suitable preparator \ Z ork - if required -
has been carried out for the electrical connections and the condensate drainage the air-conditioner can be ¿ xed to the Z all. Lift it
b \ holding it from the sides of the lo Z er base (see ¿ g. 15).
To facilitate the operation of fastening it to the bracket tilt it slightl \ to Z ard \ ou.
To make the electrical connection and fasten the drainpipe place a Z edge bet Z een the air conditioner and the Z all (see ¿ g. 15).
When \ ou have ¿ nished inspect carefull \ to make sure there are no ¿ ssures at the back of the air conditioner (the insulating gasket
must ¿ t ¿ rml \ against the Z all) particularl \ in the zone Z here air enters and leaves the machine.
2.3.7 Electric hook-up
The appliance is ¿ tted Z ith a po Z er cord Z ith plug (Y-t \ pe connection). If the socket is in proximit \ to the appliance simpl \ plug it in.
Before connecting the conditioner ensure that:
- The po Z er suppl \ voltage and frequenc \ values compl \ Z ith those indicated on the data plate of the appliance.
- The po Z er suppl \ line is ¿ tted Z ith an ef ¿ cient earth connection that is appropriatel \ sized for the maximum absorption
of the conditioner (minimum cross-section of the cable must be 1.5 mm 2 ).
- The appliance is po Z ered exclusivel \ through a socket that is compatible Z ith the plug supplied.
WARNING: Any replacement of the power cable must be carried out solely by Olimpia Splendid technical support or by

WARNING: On the power supply line of the appliance there must be an adequate omnipolar disconnection device that
complies with the national installation regulations. It is, however, necessary to check that the electrical power supply is
