specified in IEEE802.15.4-2003 is detected or a
shortage of resource is detected
0xF7: When an impossible request in terms of
protocol is received from the host
* This primitive is a unique primitive. When an error other than the errors specified by IEEE802.15.4-2003 occurs in
MAC, this primitive is transmitted to the host system. When the host system receives this indication, issue the
MLME-RESET.request primitive to MAC.
