Select the country in which the MFP is situated and press

Your machine offers a multitude of features which reduce the
time required for manual operation and make fax
communications more efficient.
Adding a speed dial entry to the phone book
The machine can hold up to 200 numbers in the phone book, the
first 10 numbers will be assigned as “one-touch” speed dial
entries. To add a new speed dial number to the phone book:
1.
Press the
Menu
button on the control panel.
2.
Using the
UP
arrow key, navigate to Fax Settings and
press
OK
.
Note
If connecting the machine through a private branch
exchange (PBX) line, you must also specify a dial prefix
to allow the machine to obtain an external line before
dialling. Refer to
“Connecting to a PBX” on page 68
.
