Job Type
This plug-in allows you to utilize the printer driver’s Job Spool,
Secure Print, Proof and Print and Store to HDD features.
To access Job Type:
1.
Select your desired printer from an application using
File
→
.
2.
Open the drop-down menu directly underneath
Printer:
and
select
Job Type
.
Each option on the Job Type screen is detailed below.
NOTES
• If the hard disk memory is insufficient for the
spooled data,
DISK FULL
is displayed and only one
copy printed.
• If the software application being used has a collate
print option, this must be turned OFF for secure
printing to operate correctly.
• Secure printing may not be available in some
software applications.
