Using SendMe to

Use SendMe to make a digital
version of your paper copies and
then e-mail, archive, or print the
digital files
About SendMe
Use SendMe to turn paper documents into electronic files, and then e-
mail, archive, or print the documents. There are three delivery
methods within SendMe:
E-MAIL DOCUMENTS

E-Mail: sends documents to an e-mail address
The difference between the SendMe E-Mail function and the
Scan
to E-mail
function is that, once scanned, the scanned SendMe
document can be edited before it is e-mailed, while the
Scan to E-

ARCHIVE DOCUMENTS
•
NetConnect: sends documents to a file storage device
NetConnect sends a scanned and/or edited document to a
document archive system like
Microsoft Office SharePoint Server
(a
program that facilitates content publishing and management) or
Hummingbird
(a suite of content management products). Note that
connection to an archive system is an option that is purchased

Print: sends files to your printer
The Print function makes all the print functions (including duplex
printing, color and resolution options, etc.) available to print a
