When an error message appears on the display 

If a problem occurs to this machine, the ATTENTION lamp will light on or flash, and a message will appear on 
the display. 
Check the message on the display and take action based on the corresponding message. 
If [Please See HELP For Details] appears at the bottom of the display, press «HELP» on the operator panel to 
show the solution. (If there is no indication, pressing «HELP» will not change the indication on the display.) 

 

  If a search keyword is displayed, you can search for a solution by inputting it in [Search Keyword] of "FAQ" on the 

website or your smartphone application. 

  If the search keyword is displayed when the NFC function is enabled, bring the mobile device with the NFC function 

closer to the NFC mark of this machine from the "FAQ" on the website, and the search result of the page of a more 
detailed is displayed on the mobile device. For details, see "
