Input the FQDN or IP address of the LDAP server in [LDAP Server].
When [Digest-MD5] or [Secure Protocol] is selected in Step 9, please input the FQDN instead of the IP address.
An FQDN is a combination of the host name and domain name. (Example of FQDN: Server1.domain.local)

Input the port number of the LDAP server in [Port Number].

In [Timeout], specify the timeout value to wait for the search result.

Specify the Base DN to access the LDAP server in [DN (Distinguished Name)].

Select the required authentication method in [Authentication] - [Confirmation method].
[Anonymous]: Selected to access the LDAP server using anonymous authentication.
[Simple]: Selected to access the LDAP server using simple authentication.
[Digest-MD5]: Selected to access the LDAP server using Digest-MD5 authentication.
[Secure Protocol]: Selected to access the LDAP server using Secure Protocol (Kerberos) authentication.
If [Anonymous] is selected, authentication will always be anonymous, even when the LDAP server is used for
LDAP name authentication. If the LDAP server is used for LDAP name authentication, select any authentication
method other than [Anonymous].
If [Digest-MD5] is selected, it is required to set the DNS server.
If [Secure Protocol] is selected, it is required to set the SNTP server, DNS server and secure protocol server.

If any option other than [Anonymous] is selected in Step 9, specify the user ID and password to
login to the LDAP server.

Select an encryption type in [Encryption].
[None]: No encryption will be done.
[LDAPS]: The encryption will be done with the LDAPS method.
[STARTTLS]: The encryption will be done with the StartTLS method.

Click [Apply].
Setting E-mail receiving (Web page)
Set the protocol (POP3, SMTP, etc.) for this machine to receive e-mails.
Consult your network administrator about the mail server.
