Check to see if the connector is properly connected. Check to
see if the surplus portion of the cord is touching the blades of
the fan.
Check to see if the fuse F501 is blown out or not.
Check to see if the fuse F3 of the PU PCB is blown out or not.
Action at NG
Redo the insertion of
the connector. Correct
the cord laying route.
Replace the fan.
Replace the duplex
PCB.
Replace the PU PCB.
