Confirmation Tasks
Check the connected state of the cord.
Check visually for any incomplete connection or skew insertion
of the DCHEAT connector of the PU PCB or any assembling
problem of the cord.
Action at NG
Correct the connection
properly.
Replace the cord with a
normal one.
Replace the fuser
motor.

Conduct the Motor and Clutch Test of the self-diagnostic mode,
and check to see if the fuser motor operates normally.
Make this checking in the presence and absence of a load.

unit. To use a new
fuser unit on a trial
basis, use FUSE KEEP
MODE of the System
Maintenance Menu.
