Troubleshooting 

Error  

Possible Solution  

Unable to turn on 
the stirrer 

If the power indicator is off, check the power cord and power 
adapter. Make sure they are plugged in and the connection is 
correct.  
 
The power indicator should be on if the above is correct.  

Stirring bar is not 
moving 

1. 

Check if the container is made by an easily magnetized 
material. Use a glass container instead.  

2. 

Check if the stirring bar is damaged and replace it with 
a new one. 

Irregular jumping of 
the stirring bar 

1.  Check if the container deviates from the center of the 

container plate. Move the container to the correct 
position.  

2.  Check if the stirring bar is damaged. Replace it with a 

new one. 

3.  Check if the bottom of the container is irregular. 

Decrease the stirring speed until the stirring bar 
becomes stable, or replace a new container.

Cleaning 

The housing may be cleaned with a cloth dampened with a mild detergent if necessary.  
Wear work gloves when cleaning. 
 

 

WARNING

: Electric Shock Hazard. Disconnect the equipment from 

the power supply before cleaning. 
Make sure that no liquid enters the interior of the instrument.

 

 

Attention

: Do not use solvents, harsh chemicals, ammonia or 

abrasive cleaning agents.
