4 DESCRIPTION
4.1 Correct use
The machine in question is intended to be used for:
OPERATION
ALLOWED PROCESSING ENVIRONMENT
Baking of:
Pizze, focacce, bruschette. Restaurant
The machine was created to:
• meet the specific requirements mentioned in the sales agreement;
• be used following instructions and limits of use in this manual.
The machine is designed and built to work safely if:
•
it is used within the limits declared on the contract and this manual;
•
the procedures of the user manual are followed;
•
routine maintenance is carried out in the specified time and manner;
•
extraordinary maintenance is carried out in a timely manner in case of need;
•
security devices are not removed and/or bypassed.
4.2 Reasonably predictable wrong use
Reasonably predictable wrong use, is listed below:
•
to use the machine as a foothold for unsuitable components;
•
to use the machine to obtain production values over the prescribed limits;
•
to use the machine differently than provided in section "Correct use ” .
Any other use of the machine than expected must be authorized in writing by the Manufacturer. In the absence of
such written authorization, the use is to be considered "improper use"; therefore, the Manufacturer disclaims any
liability in relation to any damage caused to property or persons and considers any kind of guarantee on the support
to be expired.
