Troubleshooting
Check
Checking Motor
The following simple checks are enough as there is no mechanical part
like a brush that is vulnerable to abrasion. Please choose when to
check the system after considering the usage environment.
Servo Drive Check
The servo drive has an embedded electronic circuit. Dust and other
foreign bodies may cause malfunction. Please keep the system
cleaned and serviced.
Motor Check
Item Cycle Maintenance
Vibration and Noise Everyday
Adjust it to not be bigger than usual
occasions.
Foreign Bodies Instantly when found Vacuum clean.
Insulation resistance 1 Year
Contact the company if it is lower than
10 m
Ω
after checking with insulation
resistance measuring instrument.
Oil Seal 5000 Hours Replace with a new oil seal.
