Accepting a call for another member of
your team
You can use your own telephone to accept calls for other telephones
in your team, even while engaged in an ongoing call. To do this, con-
tact your service personnel to find out if a pickup group has been
configured.
Prerequisite: Your telephone rings briefly. "Call for:" appears on the
upper display line with the station number or name of the originator;
the station number or name of the caller appears on the lower line.
Confirm.
Ringing group
You can have calls for your telephone signaled audibly at up to five
other internal phones. The phone that answers the call first receives
the call.
Saving, displaying, and deleting telephones for the ringing

Select and confirm the option shown.
Follow the display prompts (enter the internal station number).

working via PC network)

If your phone belongs to a ringing group, your display will
show the station number or the name of the originator on the
upper line and that of the caller on the lower line.
