This Sous vide appliance comprises a circulator to make water circulate to
keep an exact and stable temperature.
You should know, however, that when you prepare meat Sous vide, the meat
will not brown like you are used to. Consequently, a simple sear adds the
traditional flavour to the meat. You can do this on the grill or just shortly on a
frypan.
When dealing with raw materials, whether it is sous vide or the more traditional
cooking methods, always observe the food safety rules.
•
Wash your hands carefully and only use clean kitchen utensils.
•
Make sure that the raw material is fresh and of high quality.
•
Use only fresh, thoroughly cleaned vegetables and spices.
•
Use individual kitchen utensils for various raw materials. Always separate
raw food and kitchen utensils used for that from finished food.
•
Always prepare the food correctly; see recommendations in the table
below.
•
Serve prepared food immediately and follow the routines of safe storing
and cooling.
