Description:
Shifts the reg32 register left. The shift is single or multiple according to the immediate
value (factor). The reg32 register is the concatenation of the multiplication result registers
mh and ml:
mh contains the 16-MSB ml contains the 16-LSB
To be completed, the shift operation requires a number of ck clock cycles corresponding
to the immediate value.
